工作内容：BSI客舱布局构型调整设计，客舱设施安装设计，系统线路连接设计；客舱部件的设计和制造；部件安装结构设计和分析；改装包器材设计和制造；适航取证测试，包括系统功能测试、电磁干扰测试。

General:  BSI Cabin layout design, cabin equipmentinstallation design, cabin equipments design and fabrication, system wiring design,component installation structure design and analysis, kit parts design andfabrication, certification plan and test.

较之于传统构型，天空内饰构型飞机穹顶式柔和照明系统和带弧度的装饰风格更舒适更温馨。但天空内饰灯光系统构型控制是依靠特定的数据库设置，主控设备与受控部件之间是通过寻址数据通讯来实现。数据库的设置错误可能影响到客舱灯光分舱控制甚至整体系统功能混乱，也可能对自带发光式紧急撤离路径标识系统产生影响，因此天空内饰B738飞机客舱改装灯光系统改装设计十分复杂。经过富凯改装工程团队的不懈努力，成功解决了灯光系统构型数据库的修改这一技术难题，实现了对客舱灯光系统客户化的精确控制。这在国内尚属首次，充分体现了成都富凯的专业技术能力和创新能力。

Compared with thetraditional config airplane, BSI airplane is domed and equipped with a softlighting system, making passengers more comfortable. But the lighting systemdepends on database config, and the communication between the main controldevice and the controlled parts is realized by data addressing. The error ofdatabase config could impact the lighting system and the system of the self-luminousemergency evacuation route as well. Therefore the lighting system’smodification design of BSI B738 cabin retrofit is quite complicated. Finally ChengduFalcon overcome the technical issue and successfully reconfigured the lightingsystem database per customer’s requirement. Chengdu Falcon is the first companyto have this technical capability in China. The accomplishment of this project fullyshows Chengdu Falcon’s capabilities of professional technic and innovation.
